Mathematical Education.Mathematical knowledge for teaching. Mathematics education at preschool level. Reasoning, proof and proving.

Over the past five years, I regularly teach "Math Skills Development 1 and 2", semestral course for undergraduate preschool education teacher students. I also teach courses for undergraduate Primary and Secundary education teacher students. I have abundantly experienced Japanese Lesson study with active Teachers, mainly at primary schools of Biobio region in Chile. I usually work with primary in service teachers which wants a specialization in Mathematics Teaching "Mathematical Didactics" moduli.

I usually work with primary and secundary students at the schools of Chile with the aim of developing their mathematical thinking abilities. Over the last 5 years I am the region chair of Chilean Mathematical Olympiad y I work at the "Summer Mathematical School" for Childrens.
