Part of the research outcomes of the Fondecyt project that I have worked on included working and training pre-service teachers to become researchers and pursue further education.
Accordingly, I have worked with the following undergraduate students and in the following research tasks:

Difusión y Transferencia

Apart from the academic and scholarly work associated with the Fondecyt projects I have participated of different outreach activities to benefit high school teachers from the country. An example of this is that together with my research team during the Pandemic we put together the handbook Including technology-enhanced listening in your language lessons: a handbook for EFL contexts and distributed it for free to more than 1000 schools across the Chilean territory. The units and suggested activities relied on the use of social media (facebook, whatsApp, Instagram) and were anchored on the national curriculum for language teaching.
Additional information about the handbook can be found here:

Also, with a view to bridging the gap between research and teaching. I have also been the chair of two international conferences on L2 listening. The first one was held in 2016 and the second version was an online version that united researchers from all over the world and in which nearly about 100 language teachers from Chile participated actively.
