As a faculty of the University of Chile, I participate as advisor and co-advisor of students from three undergraduate programs and two graduate programs.


Difusión y Transferencia


I participate actively in outreach activities related with earth and environmental sciences. As an example I can mention the "1000 ceintíficos 1000 aulas" talks organized every year by the Explora program of ANID. Additionally, my Campus is in charge of the scientific outreach program of PAREXPLORA RM Sur Poniente organizing activities with schools mostly of vulnerable environments in which I participate every time I am invited.
Also, recently I directed a FONDART project on the History and patrimonial value of the Campus Antumapu of the Universidad de Chile, which is the oldest agricultural research and educative institution in Chile.
