My academic trajectory reflects both advanced doctoral training in epidemiology and sustained involvement in undergraduate student training in nutrition and public health research. Through my postgraduate formation and thesis supervision roles, I have contributed to capacity building in nutritional epidemiology, diet quality assessment, food processing, and cardiometabolic risk in population settings.
